Having decided to embark on the Dolls House Hobby, I purchased my first dolls House from Janet's Hobbies in Wellington,
Somerset in September 2004. This was a D H E Country Store and I was delighted, although soon discovered it just wasn't
big enough!
Within 7 months I had 12 more Dolls houses of various shapes and sizes and within 12 months I had over 20! I was
well and truly addicted, with enough renovation projects to last us 12 years!
I am sure Alan is pleased to note that I am now a little bit more discerning and I don't just buy everything I see "just
because it's a Dolls House". My collection has changed over the past year and I would eventually like to do
a house that represents every era, from tudor through to modern.
